I also take it as a good sign that the section on the new IFP website is called Graphic Novels (plural). I haven't heard anything yet about a Blood Fever GN, but here's hoping.

It is good news. Looking forward to how they might change up the cover art.

Well we don't know how good SilverFin did sales wise. I'd be interested in knowing (at least generally: good, so-so, not-so-good). I imagine they're going to be done regardless. Walker has already done large parts of them all so, that shouldn't be wasted.

We've see Walker art from the other books, true, but thus doesn't mean that is art for the graphic novels. I say this because all the Walker art for SilverFin pre graphic novel did not show up in the graphic novel. It is stand alone art. I think Walker is commissioned to do several works for each book to be used as promotion (and I expect all of that is being collected in the Dossier). It appears to me he starts fresh with a graphic novel. It is good news. Looking forward to how they might change up the cover art.

BTW, there was a Disney Publishing panel at Comic Con. It said they'd announce new graphic novels for 2010. Wondering if they announced SilverFin? I would have gone, but I was lured away by that hussy Mega Fox.

(BTW, as far as collectibility and value goes, the Moneypenny books far outpace all continuation novels. Secret Servant is especially hard to find. And signed? Forget about it.)
Yes, in the US SilverFin GN is going to be published as a hardcover and paperback.

And interesting point you make about the value of Weinberg's books. I'm kind of surprised to see that The Moneypenny Diaries: Secret Servant hardback listed for such high prices on Amazon already.
