No, they aren't.
One only has to look at Bond in Die another Day to see Mr Brosnan wearing suits featuring well fitted British styling featuring twin vents and modest notched lapels.
They're in a British style, yes. That is not the same thing as the designs being of Savile Row origin, though.
What you are failing to realise is that while in the past tailors have made suites from their national origin, the last decade has seen a change in that with British tailors such as Austin Reed making suites to European specifications while Italian Tailors, including D

Any others people would like to nominate?
...Yes, Richard Paine, the heir apparent to original Bond tailor, Tony Sinclair. Richard started out cutting slacks for Sinatra, then bought Tony's busines. He has all of his patterns, including Sean Connery's, and is frequently called upon by his clients around the world for a "James Bond" cut. Richard's updated take on Sinclair -- the "athletic cut" -- is timeless.

I would love to see Bond in a Savile Row suit, but the problem is quantity. They need 2-3 suits for Bond in a non action scene. For scenes that require a stunt they need a lot more for Bond and the stunt personel. I think it would be an overload for a Savile Row tailor to make that many suits. They must use 60 to 80 suits for a Bond film. That is the only advantage to using Brioni. Also, Brosnan never wore an off the rack Brioni suit. They were all hand tailored for him.
It would be nice to see Bond in a traditional tux too. A one button, peak lapel, with double vents, maybe in midnight blue.
I thought the suits that Gianni Campagna made for Thomas Crown were perfect, but maybe not "Bond like". I also think that the suits Doug Hayward made for Roger in his last 3 films were wonderful. Look at the tux (at the palace)in Octopussy, perfection.

I love the T&A shirts, the custom ones, and you can have ties made (must order 3), but I find there "off the rack" ties too narrow in the body for me.
...You can always ask for Mr. Fish at T&A in London, and have them made to measure. He is credited with designing Bond's turn-back cuffs.

The problem for me with having the ties make custom is that I don't live in London, NYC, or B-hills, so it's rather inconvenient to go to any of their shops to pick silk. At least with the shirts they have my pattern on file.
On the subject of shirts, does anyone know who make Roger's shirts in his last 3 films. There were not Turnbull.

...Do you live near a Neiman Marcus? They usually have a T&A tailor visit from London once or twice a year...

Yes, I live near one. I'll find out if our's gets any visits. Maybe I'll call T&A in NY and find out if I can get some silk swatches to pick for ties. I have to go to London for business in a few months, so maybe I'll just make an appointment.
...You may want to visit New & Lingwood for the ties...
