I liked him in X-Men, but with all this talk about the actor playing Bond, it started to get really irritating, and as a result I can't stand him anymore.

Then that would be the case for any actor playing Bond, most likely.

Best bet is to at least try the actor out if they get the role.

I hope that he forever buggers up the role so I can piss all over his grave...

If they announce Jackman as Bond I will be happy. I'll be a tiny bit dissapointed that we don't get to see Pierce have the opportunity to make one last truly great Bond film (he's capable of it and I can dream can't I?) Beyond that I will be happy to have someone new that is the right age, has the right look, and can act.

Once again I'll be able to line up opening night to happily anticipate the new Bond movie. Unless... Renee Zelwiger is the Bond girl. Then all bets are off and I'll pass.
