EA sucks they cannot make a good bond game, GoldenEyeN64 still beats all of EA's Bond games, GoldenEye had great multi player and great single player,Me and my Bro and friends always used 2 play big multi games for hours, it was fun, EA Just doesent have it ,

I'll agree that GoldenEye 64 is my favorite. Nothing wrong with the newer games though.

Welcome to CBn.

I think you might find with the release of GoldenEye: Rogue Agent that EA has it in a big way. :)

I recommend to you this fantastic interview about EA's newest game, "GoldenEye: Rogue Agent". http://www.commander...es/2473-1.shtml

You may find EA "getting into stride" with this game if you haven't liked their previous ones.

Do you have GoldenEye tourney's often?

Sometimes weekly, but the majority of the time, once a month. My friends and I usually do Perfect Dark (where we all our in tuxedos and have our character's face look like all the Bonds), The World Is Not Enough and Goldeneye in one night.

GoldenEye 64 sucks compared to the EA games. People need to stop obsessing over it.

Wouldn't be obsessed over if it wasn't great.

I don't obsess, but I like it alot.

Goldeneye is the best game ever. It is the king of FPS games. I played that game for 3 and a half years straight. Never got boring, I always did things different, GE compared to AUF. No compititon. GE wrote the book on FPS games.

Apparently I still don't.

Just dusted it off and slammed it into the N64. :)

Goldeneye 64 used to be my favourite video game of all time, but I find that it's just not the same anymore. Today we have better technology and online multiplayer. But heck, anything beats Everything Or Nothing!

(P.S. Please don't dis EA games. We all love The Sims. :) )

Not in this thread has there been a large amount of obsessing.

Don't think alot of people really obsess over it now, but merely point out it's good points, which are large in number.

Well there must be a reason then.

If it annoys you, disregard them. :)

I personally don't like to obsess over any Bond game.

What did you think of Nightfire? Personally, I think that came pretty darn close to Goldeneye itself, and the console multiplayer was a blast.

I enjoy NightFire considerably. An improvement on Agent Under Fire.

Quite so. AUF had me very annoyed without the extra multiplayer characters like Oddjob and Jaws, and that was something NF improved on. I found EA made much better choices with NF than they did with EON, and I don't see how they are making those same choices with GoldenEye: Rogue Agent.

Too many of my good friends are disappointed with Rogue Agent, seeing as you can't play as James Bond and that (I hate myself for saying this:) you can't jump. However, they'll try it out and see what they think, as will myself.

I don't care about it not being centered around James Bond. Not a problem having a little change.

It seems kind of awkward though, doesn't it?

(P.S. Maybe we should get back on topic! :) )
