Bilbin the Ghost - you appear 3 times in Bond 22 as a ghost to Bond

or

A robot from the planet Zilgo - you are a Jar Jar Binks style character from space for light relief in Bond 23?

Better plot for Bond 22:-

Bond decides to resign from the British Secret Service and becomes a henchman to a villain, before turning back to the good side and destroying the villain's organisation from the inside. Location - Japan.

or

Bond becomes a bounty hunter for vengeful millionaires and manages to kill a few terrorists. Location - Chicago.

Ooh I quite like the general premise of the first one! Although Bond as a bounty hunter also does have it's attractions.

Preferred future Bond location: South Africa or New Zealand?
