Obviously it's an important item but I don't worry about it that much as I can always use my CV if I run out. :tup:

A job applicant has a spelling error on his CV: Give him the benefit of the doubt or chuck it straight in the bin?

Depends - is spelling and thorogughness/eye for detail important? If so bin it. If not, put it in the look-at-later-if-desperate pile.

Interviews - A waste of time or a really useful place to practice chat up lines?
