It is believed that Brosnan is going to step down after Bond21, but really, how much evidence is there to support this? That said, there

Brosnan is starting to show his age. If he stays for a sixth movie, he will be too old.

yep, RJJB is right-welcome to CBN,btw. He looked a lot older in DAD than he did in TWINE. The 3 years were not kind.He has said publically he would leave after 4. Now it's 5.I really hope he 'leave's the stage with grace' as he has promised.

Well I suppose we could always club him with a rock and bury him under the rose bed?

In my opinion Pierce Brosnan was a good James Bond, but he's looking to old right now, in the last movie as you said he looked much older then other films like Laws of Atr

I agree. I dont want Brosnan to turn into Moore and have the title too long.

There's always that.

After seeing the trailer of 'Laws of Attraction', I feel Brosnan would be better off quiting why he's still ahead (but if memory serves me right, that's a trick he has never learned).

The settings of DAD, and the age of the other cast members(save Judi Dench and Samantha Bond) didnt help Pierce out that much. Even i look old in pictures of me in the snow(and im 15 too!)

That was the same thing with Roger Moore. Moneypenny looked very very old in AVTAK.

He hurt himself on the last one. That proves hes too old. Plus he did have as many lines as the character would. To me it sounds like he is to old for the role. For some reason i want him to leave so that Judy Dench is gone with him.

Samantha Bond (Moneypenny) would leave too, when Brosnan leaves. Eon: CAUTION: When heading into an actors end of tenure, Do not place in snow, or mix with much younger elements(Rosamund Pike, Jill St. John, Tanya Roberts. Could stain actor reputation. Use warm water, and no bleach.

Sometimes it could mean age. He is 50 now and when the movie is done he is going to be 52 to 53 years old. Now knowing him he wants to take 3 years off and then he would be 56 and to me that is too old to be doing stunts and playing and "action hero".

Besides, wouldn't Eon/MGM hold the option for a Brosnan return, cant they say that he's done? Bond 21 was an option for MGM with Brosnan.

I hope when im 50, i can look half as good as Brosnan does. He has aged the best out of every previous Bond actor. Connery's scenes would have to be redone if his hairpiece came off. Moore, i wont go into, just see AVTAK.(Clear plastic surgery.Note the absence of the moooooole.)

Connery's scene entering bed with Tiffany Case, is the most gruesome sequence in cinema history, it makes want to go to the gym, with the motivation to never ever see myself like that.

Roger was 58 when he gave it up. That proves my point that a Bond actor shoulnt go past the age of at most 55.

Arnold looks pretty good at 50 something, he definitely lifted more weights (took some enhancing supplements too) than Connery in his day.

What do you mean Crashdrive? When has Brosnan ever had the chance to quit something? He usually doesn't get the part, or he is bound by the contract to stay.

What role(s) are you referring to?

thats because he keeps working out. After you stop you gain water weight. Thats why in NSNA he looked better because he lifted weights.

He looked like a tank in NSNA, tons of muscle, and blubber.
