Boy, I really have to see Rebecca! I almost added Rope to my list, but It's just not the very best Hitchcock can do. As for Notorious, I just bought it and love it! (It's the Criterion Collection DVD and I had no clue why Bergman was holding a cup of tea, but now I do, nasty!)

i totally agree. piece of art (pun intended) if you watch the movie youll understand. Best gun fight scenes ever in my point of view. Christian Bale did an awesome job in this movie.

There are so many more great films out there I wish I could add more but the ten I listed are films I give nothing but top marks to.
I always love it when these film lists get posted on the forums. They're a big help as they remind me of the good films I've seen which I always end up putting on my shopping list. These posts also give me an idea of what to rent next time I go to the rental place.

HARRISON FORD--Indiana Jones,(#1 and #3,--hated #2)
ORSON WELLES--The Third Man--yes Citizen Kane is the definitive Orson Welles film, but The Third Man is more of a favorite.
