Ah, if only we still had Terence Young in our midst...he would have had the sense to put Catherine in there...so would Peter Hunt...you know what these guys had? They had good tastes, class...These guys were my favorite Bond directors. John Glen had a pretty good sense, too. He learned from Hunt of what should be done.

With some of her piercings she has--and tattoos, she could really be edgy. Kick ***, but make it gritty and real. None of this flying around on wires ****. I still love the idea of Catherine and Pierce having this passionate affair in the movie, and they part ways at the end of the movie. She goes back to her fiance. Put some of that Gala Brand Moonraker stuff in there. Don't **** it up.

EDC, you might be onto something there. Unfortunately, I don't know how wild Catherine would be about doing another role outside of JAG where she wears a military uniform. She's gotta be different than Mac. Have her be strong, but not this horse**** they've been throwing at us. Tough, but vulnerable. Have HER--not Bond--be the one with issues.

I really don't get why they don't hire someone like Catherine Bell. She's a helluva lot better actress then Halle Barry. It's not as if the Oscars are actually given on basis of merit {politics, popularity!} anyway!

(In fact the lovely Parker,at 5'10 and stunningly beautiful would make an excellent modern Bond 'woman' or a sexy Electra type villain,as she has looks,class,and talent to spare..........)
