By the way, does any think that "Hungry Like the Wolf" will be recycled as a commercial jingle for a fast food hamburger place?

Actually Burger King wanted to make the "Hungry Like The Wolf" burger back in 1982-1983. The guitarist ANDY TAYLOR (who thankfully returned in late 2000 to kick out the other loser who stepped in) was vehemently opposed to the idea at the time, so it never went.

I understand that up until the early 90's BK were still bothering the band to let them use the song.

So, I don't think that this will ever happen...

I just bought tickets for the Toronto show on NOV 14. I can't wait till Duran play AVTAK - hopefully they will put up Roger Moore's picture on the backdropwhen playing it...oops...that might mean the band would have to pay someone....

Yeah I have heard of the Chauffer. I always thought that the song was fitting for AVTAK - since Tibit was a chuaffer and there were chauffer's all round the movie.

Duran's song would have been good in the scene Tidbit gets sliced...

TW Dr. Tynan - I like the live version of The Chauffer from Duran's album - ARENA.
