Excuse me!?! There's noting that strikes me as odd in Pierce's running. Or the way he's sitting for that matter. ::shakes head::

Well, I personally, have no problem with the way Brosnan walks, as Bond or otherwise. He's a good walker

Don't know if anyone here's the running nut I am, but the way Brosnan runs likely has to do with the speed he's running. A person's form changes when sprinting. I thought his form on the satellite at the end of GE wasn't particularly economical biomechanically; his arms were out to far from the sides of his body at times. Some running coaches argue that it's more ecnomical to have your elbows in and to bring your hands up toward your heart (Kenyan runners often have this form). I'm not able to run this way, but I'm not a sprinter or a sub 5-minute mile runner.
As for the expression on Brosnan's face, it's probably because he's working hard. I don't want to think about how my face has looked at the end of some of the races I've done.

I was making an indirect comment about the inanity of the thread. Please, chill out!

Now, the way Steven Segal (supposedly an impact action man of cinema) runs is a little strange. His style even got a mention, complete with video footage from one of his movies, on a E True Holywood Story on him.
Now that's bizarre.

Here's a little screenplay for you...
Ext. Ice Palace. Day.
Brosnan-1000 walks into the ice palace.
Int. Ice Palace.
B-1000 scans around the room, and asks Halle Berry:
B-1000: Do you know this man? John Connor?
b-1000 shows Halle a picture of John which he obtained from his foster parents in America.
Halle: He's over there.
She points to a 10 year old boy, who is walking around the Palace.
The B-1000 begins his odd running motion with no facial emotions. john notices and legs it.
Ext. Ice Palace, Day.
The pair chase out of the Palace, only to find...
R-800: Get down!
Roger Moore-800, on a moped, aims his shotgun at the far superior Brosnan-1000 and shoots him through the head. roger turns to John.
R-800: come with me if you want "beluga, vodka, rather shaken, and one microchip!"
No, it won't work, will it?

Roger can't run because of something wrong with his legs but I never noticed it with Brosnan?

He should have been told to stand still in all his scenes.

What I can't believe is that I just read this whole thread. Really, really nothing going on in the world of Bond, is there?

Personally it goves me hours of mirth, in fact Pierce Brosnan has given me decades of mirth - He used to run like "that" in Remington Steele, but somehow it looked better then (not that I am advocating him to sprint around like a complete pansy).
But it is interesting that Jriv71 expressed their distress at discussion of the Bon minute - ever read a Fleming book Jriv - while the films were into the big picture and generally blowing it up, the books were very into detail.
