For me, Bond's great moments are when he uses his intellect rather than gadgets or weapons (most of the time):

Dr. No - Bond preps hotel room for reconnaisance

FRWL - Bond tricks Grant into opening attache case

GF - Bond puts bug in Solo's pocket

TB - Bond recognizes widow's disguise

YOLT - Bond sneaks into Osato Chemicals by assuming dead assassin's identity

OHMSS - Bond makes gloves out of pockets

DAF - Bond assumes Klaus Hergeshimer's identity

TMWGG - Bond uses Klong boat prop as a weapon

TSWLM - Bond, by observing microfilm, figures out Stromberg's location

MR - Bond gets Drax to admit he plans to kill Jaws' girlfriend

FYEO - Bond uses weight of Dove pin to topple Locke's car over the cliff

OP - Bond bids for the egg

TLD - Bond sees through Kara's roll as Koskov's sniper

LTK - Bond convinces Sanchez that Krest betrayed him

GE - Bond quickly figures out Onatopp is stealing the helicopter

TND - Bond get's the upper hand over Kaufman

TWINE - Bond kills Electra just as she orders Renard to dive

CR - Bond crashes Range Rover in the Ocean Club car park

QOS - Bond has deadly car chase w/ White in the boot.

I tried to think of a few things that would not immidiately come to mind for some, but nevertheless represent great moments. There are too many for me to craft an accurate ranking, since so many of them are interchangeably great.

1 - Bond, James Bond, from Dr No. What better way to introduce a screen icon?
2 - Tracy's Death, OHMSS. I was 9 when I first saw it (anyone growing in Britain in the 70s - do you remember the DAF/OHMSS double-bill that played?) and it blew me away. And it hasn't lost that ability.
3 - The golf match, GF. I am one of those who feel GF is a little overrated, but while FRWL is my personal favourite, I do feel the golf game is a scene(s) the series has and should, looked to emulate - cool, sophistication, all the thinks that make Bond not Bourne, Batman, Dirty Harry, whoever.
4 - But all that said, Bond v Grant in FRWL speaks for itself. There's a real undercurrent of nastiness that reminds us who Bond is, what he does, and who he's up against. Shaw conveys an authentic villain, muscle as well as a sneer, but some respect, which only helps us believe that he "could" get the better of our hero. And the raw brutality of the punch-up has not been equaled. Some fight scenes have come close (Cuba-GE, stairwell - CR) but FRWL is still top of the pile.
5 - Parachute jump/white Lotus going off the end of the pier - TSWLM. It's hard to pick which of these is the singular most iconic frame of the series. The Olympics proved how deep in the world's consciousness the Union Jack parachute is embedded, and the still of the Lotus in mid-air on it's way to the water seems to be the most used photo, other than any of the Bonds in a tux. Corgi toys, anyone?
6 - Pre-credits - CR. Still sends shivers up my spine. I'd waited nearly 40 years for a single moment like that.
7 - Pre-credits - GE. Bond had been away, and I was one of those who was unconvinced that he'd ever be back during those 6 years. But after those 10+ minutes, well, all was right in the world again.
8- Locque's death - FYEO. Apparently Sir Rog was never comfortable with this scene, but he's such a pro you'd never know it. Like Bond v Grant, despite all the mucking about over the years, Bond is a killer. Full stop.
9 - Helicopter approach to Piz Gloria - OHMSS. The sun coming up, John Barry's music, Draco, Rigg and Savalas quoting Shakespeare. Epic.
10 - Tie - M/Bond at dinner in GF, M/Bond "Do you think she's worth going after?" from TB. Q/Bond "I never joke about my work, 007." I do like Dench as M, but there's only one Bernard Lee, and talking of MI6, well, how can you leave out Q?

A lot of memorable ones mentioned but the main one for me is the initial fight on the beach in On Her Majestys Secret Service. Its a great brawling fight and I love how George Lanzenby states the obvious "that never happened to the other fella" when Tracy runs away from him instead getting into a wild sex scene or make-out session with him. Truly brilliant!

2. The fight with Red Grant in From Russia with Love. Tough, violent, Bond approaches death but wins.

3. The torture scene in Casino Royale. Untypical Bond scene in the XXIth century, it will become one of the most importants. Daniel Craig is brillant as well.

4. Jill Masterson found dead, all golden painted. In Goldfinger.

5. The SPECTRE meeting, and Blofeld electrizing the seat where a member was sitting. Thunderball.

6. The car chase in Quantum of Solace. The greatest of all of the saga.

7. Q labo in Goldfinger.

8. Auric Goldfinger explaining the Fort Knox attack. In Goldfinger of course.

9. Free Running in Madagascar, Bond puchasing Mollaka. Casino Royale.

10. Rosa Klebb trying to kill Bond with the poison knife into the shoe.

Astonishingly, I can think of at least five scenes that we know of in SKYFALL that absolutely have the potential to become iconic and particularly memorable. This is presumably as good a sign as any of how classic this movie may end up as being.

The plane jump in GoldenEye is the first one I always think of - adore it.

The laser beam in Goldfinger; the Union Jack parachute in TSWLM; the tragedy of how OHMSS ends; Bond in the space module in Moonraker is an underrated moment; equally Bond kicking Locque to his death in FYEO; flying the jet out of the horse's in Octopussy; 'Bond... James Bond' at the end of CR.

And I think the cufflinks moment in Skyfall now has to enter the legend pantheon.

Hard for me to do a list. I'll tell you my favorite though. I want you all to know I get how crazy this is now that I'm older, but as a kid I thought this was the coolest thing ever, and I still love it. The pre-title sequence in GoldEye, specifically the part where Bond drives off the cliff on the motorcycle, catches up to the plane, manages to get it under control and fly away as the facility explodes is easily my favorite. I remember thinking as a kid "wow, this guy's good."

My all time favorite Bond scene is the underwater fight in Licence to Kill. Bond avenges Sharky's death, dives off Krest's boat without a SCUBA tank, steals one from baddie, gets oxygen tube cut by another goon, you think there's no way out, Bond's out of breath, no gadgets to help him when he looks up and ... ... fires harpoon into seaplane, gets hauled away, barefoot waterskis onto plane, dispatches pilots, and flies off with millions in cash. From the depths to Bondian heights in minutes with the Bond theme blasting triumphantly. Gets me pumped everytime.

Those few seconds when the music kicks in a Daniels foot come into shot are as close to perfect as it gets.
