Off the top of my head, one of my faves is...

"I'm a little tied up.....never mind...!" - 'GoldenEye'

That is brilliant, and exceptional delivery by Brosnan in the circumstances that he is possibly about to be blown up! I think it works on so many levels like:

- He's trying to be calm and cool, but he knows he's not fooling anyone!

- He sounds bloody knackered and worn out after the struggle!

- He thinks about making a pun, but even he just gives up half-way through as he knows it's not the time and Natalya's not even listening!

Brilliant, always makes me snigger as it's a wonderful spin on the Bond character through Brosnan's post-Cold War eyes. B)

All the repartee in the scenes with Q.

Yes, those are great ones. You could see there was some chemistry between the 2. Apart from the "funny" ones, I especially like the "Never let them see you bleed / Always have an escape route" lines. Since those are the very last we heard from Llewelyn, they have some special taste.

And even the lines with Cleese were good. "Still, better that looking cleverer than you are" is an excellent one.

"Ask the Admiral where he'd like the bombs delivered" - Nice, saracastic line with Bond showing his contempt for authority.

I'd actually gotten a hold of an earlier script (not the last revision) and the line was, "Tell the Admiral I'd like to shove these bombs right up his [censored]." but the writers determined that Bond was too much of a professional sailor to say something so insubordinate.

Reminds me of Sean Connery's line that had to changed for the American sensors in GOLDFINGER.

"No... for me."

"Boys with toys."

"I'M A LITTLE TIED UP!"

Basically anything circa Goldeneye.

In the scene where Bond wakes up on the jet, enroute to Kentucky, to the 1st person he sees, he asks, "Who are you?"
The reply is, "My name is Pussy Galore." to which Bond retorts, "I must be dreaming."

the original script reads like this:

Bond: "Who are you?"
Pussy: "I am Pussy Galore."
Bond: "Yes but.. what is your name?"

Obviously, the sensors would NEVER have let him get away with that.

Thanks indeed for that GF line! Indeed it would never have been greenlit. Odd enough that the name was even used.

Bond to Zhukovsky in GoldenEye - "The trick wasn't hitting your knee but missing the rest of you"

Trevelyan to Bond - "Oh spare me the Freud. I might as well ask you if all those vodka martinis silence the screams of all the men and women you've killed.......or do you find forgiveness in the arms of all those willing women? Do they help you to forget the ones you failed to protect?"

(A low blow there. 006 hinting at the death of, amongst others, Bond's wife?)

&

Trevelyan to Bond - "For England, James?"

Bond's reply - "No...... for me!"

(You know what comes next!)

Elliot Carver, TND - "The distance between insanity and genius is measured only by success!"

Christmas Jones to Bond, TWINE - "Would you mind translating that into English for those of us who don't speak Spy?"

And

DAD pre title scene - Colonel Moon to Bond "You will not live to see the day when all Korea is ruled from the north!" Bond's reply "Then you and I have something in common".

TND - Bond to Carver: "Heavens no! I'd be lost at sea.. adrift."
The sarcasm and knowledge in Brosnan's voice really nail that one home for me.

GE - Any lines between Bean and Brosnan

DAD - Bond drops in on a man in his hotel: "No?" *punches man in the nose* "You do now!" followed by a "Buenos Dias." to the man's girl.

TWINE - Renard and Bond in the sub reactor room: "But you forget, I'm already dead." "Haven't you heard? So is she..."
The way Pierce nearly whispers the end of his line, so Bond. So cold.

...I think that was because Renard was crushing his windpipe.

It begs the question, "Is that why the writers decided to kill off Bond's love interest in the next movie?"

"You were pretty good with that hook."
"It comes from growing up in a rough neighborhood. You were pretty good on that bike."
"That comes from not growing up at all."

Q would agree. Classic, and long overdue.
