Do you think his character will be the same as Llewelyn's (mainly a gadget man), like Burton's (the Weapons man) or something new?

I'm sure he will be very modern, with a hint of naivity, humour and genius about him. It was those elements, and his chemistry with Bond, that made the Llewelyn character so affectionate and enjoyable for Bond fans (bonus was his age, a cantankerous gadget man!) so I wonder if Whishaw will try capture that chemistry with his Bond now and any future films he comes back for.
Fingers crossed they give the character what he deserves, and they give the fans what we deserve.

I think it was... hmmIs he actually confirmed as the character name 'Q' or is this the closest we can relate him to being a gadget-man?

I don't know, I may be wrong! I just hadn't heard the name was confirmed.

B? Now, Boothroyd, everyone knows that's M's pet name for me, how about hmmm, Q for Quartermaster?
Well, I suppose it'll do, until I can think of something better

Ben Wishaw's character is listed as "B" on several Call Sheets, but on the Script pages dialogues, is "Q".

You certainly wanted to say: the rumored Script pages that you never saw and would never ever have gotten in your hands...

I hope Ben is playing the same Q as Desmond, we've never seen a younger and modern Q before and that would be enough for me along side Q simply returning. I wouldn't mind seeing Bond joking around with Q and being all arrogant towards him and Q putting him in his place so to speak, IMO. Now that I think about it, Ben is so young maybe he hasn't been made Q just yet.
Maybe... at the beginning of SKYFALL he has to earn being Q... and at the end of the film he finally has become the Q we all love. In the script, it is written that the famous "Q"-theme must only appear in the final scene of the film.

I've been wondering if Bond uses a gadget to bring down that helicopter on SF manor, built into the DB5 or a gadget along. I can't help but also think of that scene of Silva underground holding up a radio, is this something technology related, is Silva threatening Bond with it somehow?
When and where is this BBQ going to be?
