Hope you can forgive me but although I've finished the story it still needs more work done to it. I really would like Part Two to be quite special you see and to get that result I am definitely going to have to rewrite it. I'm taking TROUBLESHOOTER beyond serious! Besides it'll be a nice Christmas present for all Bond 'fan fiction' readers. I won't disappoint you. YOU HAVE MY WORD ON THAT!

Ooohh I can never wait for Christmas! Oh well, it'll be well worth it! You know when it's right, and just as you like it, which always makes for great writing! When I wrote my novel it took me two years!

There they just went - off to the mods. Hmmmmm, hope they don't take too long. Anyway, I have just posted three Chapters from Part Two of TROUBLESHOOTER.

Why the change of mind? I don't know. Could be because I plan on writing another Bond fan fic for Christmas, who knows.

I just woke up slightly depressed and decided to get the bloody thing out of my system.

Hope you all like it as much as I did writing them.

The black Daimler pulled up outside the MI6 building and M got out and disappeared inside the grey, plush, layered-cake-like building. He rode the lift down and when the doors opened he came out into the large, hexagonally-shaped Situation Room where several men and women sitting at desks were busy typing away at their computers and answering telephones, cinema-sized video screens on the walls surrounding them.
He crossed over to the briefing room opposite. There were eighteen men and women seated at desk-chairs waiting for him and when he appeared a sudden anticipated hush fell.
M crossed to the podium set in front of them and sat down at a large desk beside his Chief-of-Staff, Bill Tanner, a sapper who had earned his spurs as one of the secretariat to the Chief of Staff committee after being wounded during a sabotage operation for the SAS during the Irish Troubles way back in the late sixties; a rather short man in his forties, balding and wearing a dark grey suit and blue tie.
‘Ladies and gentlemen,’ M said. ‘The situation before us is, to be frank, comparable to a nightmare of the worst kind. So far the kidnappers have not contacted the government which means although we may have an idea, we cannot be one hundred percent sure what their demands are. The police and army have mounted one of the biggest search operations this country has ever seen but the Prime Minister has given us full authority to coordinate all activities relating to the kidnapping. In other words, this whole affair will be handled directly by the Double O Division...

‘James,’ she said failing to conceal the joy in her voice and her bright blue eyes. ‘How wonderful to see you again. How was your holiday?’
‘Holiday, Penny?’ He raised a quizzical eyebrow. ‘You forget I retired.’

James Bond came through the door and shut it behind him.
M looked up from a file marked ‘Top Secret’.
‘Sit down, Bond,’ he said simply and Bond decided that M’s greeting had been definitely raw.
Bastard, he thought.
He walked over to the chair across the desk from M and sat down.
M looked Bond over.
‘Looking fit I see.’
‘I still like to keep myself in shape, Sir.’
‘Old habits die hard.’
M reached for his pipe and began filling it.
‘Right, I’m sure neither one of us has any time to waste so I’ll get straight to the point. We need you back, Bond.’

Looking exciting! Sorry I haven't been catching up like I should. I've been painting, which has ended up taking more time than I expected. I thought I could knock off at night, but find myself painting up until I go to bed, but more of that over at my Destroying Angel discussion. If I am good and get all my work done on time I'll be able to give this next part my full attention!

By the way, a mate of mine nearly chewed my balls off because in my story Bond rides a sleek black Suzuki GRS R2000. ?????!!! So what, I asked. He liked the bloody thing. Then my mate said Bond wouldn't be seen dead on a Suzuki!

What do you guys think? Have I made a monumental up or what?

Is it Bond though? I think so.

It is Bond with a twist

I mean heck, if one can steal a Nuke (Thunderball) then one can most certainly 'steal' a British Prince.

Is it Bond as Fleming saw him? No. It is James Bond in Harry Fawkes' world which is the next best thing!

What about Part Three?

What about it? Don't worry I'm not going to let you wait too long. Needless to say I now up the action, the sex and the violence dramatically.

The outcome? Unpredictable believe me.

It was an undercover job with a terrorist organisation called the Army of God. I started my training as a Single O and after my required two kills was given Double O status. After that there was no turning back’

The red phone rang then and Bond took the receiver knowing it was either Miss Moneypenny or M himself.

Okay I have a little breathing room, finished 3 of 5 art pages, so after I have to go run errands, I can sit down today and read! I'll be catching up on everyone.

As for the motorbike question, I can see Bond riding a Suzuki more than I could a Harley. I don't have any issues about your having Bond ride a Suzuki. Though for style points I personally like the BMW R1200ST (2005)touring model in blue/black.
