The team deserve my deepest thanks for all their planning, playing and generosity, especially Bryce and Felix...I had a blast.
Also, great to meet up with old CBn'ers and meet some new ones.
I have no doubt that DTBB4 will be worth its weight in gold...
Cheers.

Yeah, the "Sunday Decompress/After Action Report/Visit to Shrublands" is now becoming a part of DTBB. Completely on a volunteer basis pending people's travel plans, but it's bloody (mary) "Better make that two" well required after three days of saving the world.
We'll keep you and all others posted on DTBB-4 plans.
"The end of DTBB-3, but Bryce and Axworthy's 13 will return in DTBB4: Midas Touch"
No....

Now, sadly, there is one issue to address:
Body count. Apparently Felix's boys had a VERY busy week of clean-up after I left.
The Director has been on the red phone with the Admiral most of yesterday and most of this morning. Phrases like "Loose Cannons", "recklesss disregard", "wanton lingering about in a burlesque house and surrounded by belly dancers", "a body count rivaling Normandy", "and how does Bryce have access to the MI5 credit line?" and such similar tripe.
I sent Felix some lube and a case of Jack. I don't think either one of us has said more than four words during a conference call.
"But I...", But the thing is...", "Yes Sir.", "Never sir.", "Yes Sir."
After a royal (royale?) bitch slapping by the Admiral, guess who gets ten days at Shrublands?
Yeah, I'm already packing.
Now, *ahem*,
Two bodies in the planters at Venetian. One strangled, one done in with a blade.
One dead "escort" - Found behind the ice machine on Dent and D-O-7's floor. note: she was armed with a silenced 9mm. Probably one of the girls from Red Square.
and who the hell blew up one of the gondolas?
Explosions on the golf course at the Wynn, somebody rolled a Bentley coupe into the fountain at Caesars, Several bunnies unaccounted for at the Playboy club, and a "mysterious" fire at one of the Luxor time-share booths. One bartender who mistakenly served blended scotch found folded into one of the mini bars in the hospitality suite. Flicka's footprints on the outside of the glass on the 43rd floor of the Venezia tower.
We brought a log book for a reason people.
Now, I get to look forward to ten days of parsley tea and herbal enemas. The bastards at Shrublands have also been given strict orders to search my luggage for any "contraband non conducive to the cure we offer here.".
I'm afraid to think of where Felix will end up.
Log book....There's a reason.

But I heard they were going to demolish that casino anyhow to build a newer bigger one! We just saved them some $$ in demelotion costs.
Well now they pretty much HAVE TO, don't they?
I wondered why you and Flicka were asking about mercury triggers.
Not to mention they guy found gagged and choked out with his mouth stuffed full of Canadian dollars and the words "Blame Canada" carved into his forehead.
Also, the lions at the MGM got an "early breakfast". Whoever it was had expensive Italian loafers which are now chew toys and one of Milan's biggest arms dealers is now "missing".
Same thing happend at the Mandalay Bay "Shark Experience" - Some poor chap "Experienced" a shark. He disagreed with something that ate him.
Very creative boys and girls, but please, let Felix's guys in on it.

Well... they all had it coming to them, just didn't expect to find all of them in the same town at the same time.
Coincidence?
Given the chance I'd do it again... Only harder next time!
And I suppose I could take a few minutes and fill in the blanks in Felix's log book.

You brought a lovely hardback photo album from DTBB2-007, that seemed to be enjoyed by all who viewed it. It was full of beautiful photos, was expertly pulled together, and professionally bound. A true masterpiece of Dare-to-be-Bondness. I know you said copies could be ordered, but I don't think you put out a sign-up sheet.
How would a road-weary agent go about purchasing one of these albums, and are you thinking about creating a sequel for DTBB3?

Thanks for the kind words. For anyone who is interested in a DTBB2 book, shoot me a PM & I will get you details on it. If we have enough orders, we may get a discount. I have started the process of pulling together photos for a DTBB3 book. I'll have some more options on book type (hardcover & softcover) for this one along with an easier ordering process for those interested.A question for Professor Dent:

I just wanted to personally thank all of the attendees, and our crew, for a great re-certification. There was a fun time to be had by all, with the exception of a few failed devices, supplied by homeland security no less, including a grand wine tasting hosted by Jaguar007. My photos will be up soon, along with many others, so keep posted and we hope the rest of you can join us for our next event!

So very very glad that this year's mishaps aren't attributable to me.
Sorry to hear about your trip to Shrublands (shudder!!).
Of course, if you ask me, the fellow that served blended Scotch, well, he got off easy. Slowly dissolved in muriatic acid is what he rightfully had coming to him!

C'mon darkpath, we all know the call you made was simply code speak to tell us all that you (and probably with Athena's help) were disposing of the body while we all had a "perfect alibi" at a dinner out.
I thank you both.
Thanks to Q and 004, I'm able to have internet access and some good scotch here at Shrublands.
Aw Crap...I can hear the nurse in the hall. Got to go.

The herbal enemas go much more easily if you can breath deeply, think happy thoughts, and relax. How did you know about the acid?

"Considerably"
Please folks, any and all pics you have, shoot them to Felix. He'll be compiling them all for the DTBB site and whatever additions you have would be appreciated.
Also, I just want to thank the crew "Ax's 13" and the attendees for making this one fantastic event.
Talks have begun on DTBB4. You pay. You play.
One of these days I might even break even on these weekends.
Thanks again to everyone and we'll keep you posted on future plans.
