CBn member Satorious has created a brand new trailer for Shamelady. It is made of extracts from the first trailer and a few never-before-seen shots.
The trailer is brilliant and creative. I hope you will enjoy it. Many thanks, Satorious!

We're pleased to announce that we shot what we hope to be a rather emotional scene for the ending of Shamelady. The scene involves a convertible car. Cherry on the cake -- the car is a Sunbeam Alpine, the exact replica (series and colour) of the one driven by Sean Connery in Dr. No! Thanks to the owner for it. As Shamelady is a tribute film, we're delighted with those kind of opportunities.

We're scheduled to shoot the demise of the villain onboard a small plane on October 13. We're happy with the prospect of shooting the plane, shooting onboard the plane -- and shooting it down!

In terms of filming, Shamelady is nearing completion. A few stand alone shots will remain to be filmed. Then there will be quite a lot of work in the sound department, colour-correcting and other post-production work.

Some new pictures from the movie Shamelady.
It is the final fight between Bond and the main vilain.
It was an honor for me to be the stunts and fights coordinator for this scene.

First you get to film with a DB5...and now the Sunbeam? I'm bloody jealous!!

Film's looking fantastic, can't wait to see it!

Thank you Icephoenix.

I hope this is good jealousy! We recently had the opportunity to film a small plane for an action sequence. It appears in no official movie but it's still a plane. DB5 plus Sunbeam plus plane plus two castles should give Shamelady an air of opulence though it's still a non profit no budget fanfilm.

We're very happy you're excited about it.

Your enthusiasm and effort deserve praise. Your decision to cast mate's wives in the female leads and to use a Brosnan lookalike's stand-in is probably why fans should remain fans and Eon Productions should remain filmmakers.

Why do Bond fans think the acoutrements of Bond - the tuxedo, the car, the dark hair and the guns - are all you need to pull it off. It didn't work in NEVER SAY NEVER AGAIN.

And why have you got Judy Finnegan playing Judi Dench playing M? (!).

Well you know the Brosnan lookalike aspect was not necessarily my will. What I wanted is someone at least looking like your generic Bond, someone you would accept as Bond without questioning. If you've seen other Bond fanfilms, this is some kind of first victory in the making of this one.

The thing is that, in general and about everything regarding this type of production our choices, are limited.

As for our M, we had no preconceptions (man? woman?). However we are doing this film in the region of Paris, France, and I still wanted my mi6 staff to speak English. My actress is director to the American Library in Paris. And the number of English-speaking people I know in Paris is limited. So I'm happy with Judy Finnegan!

By the way, I like Never Say Never Again :) Some other Bond films have used the formula ingredients you mention in a much lazier way.

And believe me I'm the first to applaud Casino Royale with this great actor, no Q, no Monneypenny, more Bond-style grit and blood on the tuxedo.

What do you tink Zorin Industries? This is not a professional movie. Just a film made by fans with fans.
Yes, actors are friends and actresses are mate's wifes. It is what you get when you only make a fanfilm.
We never had the idea to compete with Eon. And the comparison should only be made with other fanfilms. Not with the original wonderful eon saga!!

And as you are talking about NSNA. I would say that it works better than the worst James Bond movie "Aview to a kill" with the worst James Bond actor, Roger Moore!
I would have prefered Judy Finnegan as Bond. she would have more credible than Moore as 007!!

Fair enough. Though I will argue with you over A VIEW TO A KILL being the worst Bond film ever (though we all have our oddly curious favourites). Have you not seen THE WORLD IS NOT ENOUGH?!! It's a worse film because it's trying SO hard ALL the time. I would argue that A VIEW TO A KILL is one of the Bond films that has dated the least, has a cool edge few Bond films do and the best villain of the series. I'm so biased and will get villifiefor saying all that, I know...!

Anyway, I respect the effort you've put into your film. Fair play.

Best regards,

Zorin Industries

Thanks ZI. If you ever try to make this kind of film one day you'll see how difficult it is to organize and shoot outside any professional structure (such as Eon).
But now some news:

Dear Zorin Industries, you imply competition where there is none.

Dear Iceheart,

The length will be 56 min.
It will be put on DVD for the movie crew. We might post a DVD image for people to download if it is feasible.
It's a tribute film, a not for profit production. We will not make any money out of it -- both by choice and by the law!

The final "release" trailer should be made available soon !

Waooowwww!! Thank you very much Zorin Industries!!
You talk about Shamelady as if it was a real movie made by professionals, with a budget of 150 millions dollars. A real James Bond movie able to compete with Eon productions.
I just want to apease you!! It is only a fan film with no budget at all made by a bunch of friends!!
Glad to see you thaught it was an EONlike movie!!
A great honor for us!

Landmark day for the production of our Bond tribute.

Although work is still not finished on Shamelady, I am pleased to announce that the 56 minutes edit is now complete.

I plan to reshoot a couple of inserts. Still our work-in-progress now goes from A to Z.

Congratulations Shamelord! I'm sure I have only the vaguest notion of what monumental task you are undertaking; but I am very impressed by the pieces you've been willing to show in the various trailers. I do hope I am fortunate enough to be able to see the finished product. It looks to be an exquisite work of art!

Thanks darkpath.

I'm a bit late. Which I guess is not unusual for this kind of production. But Shamelday is getting finished and should be available in September I hope. It was originally planned for March/June release.

However everyone was so enthusiastic on this one that we started working on a new film (new thread).
