Since there was no existing thread that examined the artwork for the FYEO campaign I decided to post my own.

Here is the UK Quad.

The US Teaser has Bond facing in a different direction but still framed by those legs.

Here's how the Japanese decided to promote the movie:

Another Japanese one with the unusual artwork around the traditional image.

There are some others I would have liked to include but couldn't find. I think it was Italy that put shorts on the girl and there was a poster for the FYEO and Moonraker double bill that I saw at my local theater when I was younger.

I guess I prefer the British Quad version the best.

The Brazilian poster showed a bit more cheek than usual.

I've replaced some of the poorer copies of these posters with some provided courtesy of a friend of mine - thanks GW.

Hey zen, if you have a copy of the poster that has the shorts painted on the girl, I think that would be an interesting addition.

Not sure what this is but it isn't a lobby card or FOH card. (The lobbies were US produced at that time.)

It looks more like what was produced for the Marler Hayley sets for the Odeon cinema chain - and may even be of quad size!

I think you are probably correct on the ID of this item.

They are from my private collection with some sent to me by a friends. Some are also archived at my place of work.

I think the posters are an important (and often overlooked) part of the James Bond series. There was a book published last year that featured an extensive look at the posters throughout the series.

Quite a few of the Connery posters (and OHMSS). I never collected any from TLD onwards. My favorite non-Roger Moore Bond poster is the one for DAF.

They were still looking for a certain style with the James Bond posters I am guessing.

So, after looking over these different posters which are peoples favorites. I more I look at the Japanese posters the more I kinda like them, but the UK Quad version is still my favorite.

Check out this poster on ebay right now. This is unlike any FYEO art I've ever seen.

Grief, does anyone recognise the language of that poster. Never seen that one before.

Very unusual find.

Turkish. Seems to be a direct translation of "for your eyes only".

Is it just me, or is the eyeful here of inner thigh much sexier than the standard FYEO legs image?
