Which Newspaper is it?

I wonder whether anyone can tell me which newspaper, Bond's assistant Campbell (in OHMSS) is reading at Lauterbrunnen station when Bond arrives to be met by Bunt. It's a Daily Express, however, has anyone ever researched the date? I assume early 1969?
