Ok. I have a feeling I'm going feel dumb after someone answers this but I just don't get it.

'He's coming with us on our passionate holiday,' said Bond. He told her of M's cable. 'We're going to a house on stilts with palm tress and fice miles of golden sand. And you'll have to look after me very well because I shan't be able to make love with only one arm.'
There was open sensuality in Solitaire's eyes as she looked up at him. She smiled innocently.
'What about my back?' she said.
What about her back? I mean, I think I know what she is talking about but it just seems dumb.
Any help would be great.
Thanks,
Jonathan

Um, her back was raked across sharp coral when they were keel-hauled...so she might not be able to lay on it...

Ok. I was thinking that she was ok because when the Doctor came to look at her she was more interesting in clothes and make-up. Didn't think her injuries were that bad.

I had assumed that she wanted a back massage. If Bond can't have sex, it's the least he could do for her. Perhaps I was wrong.

Maybe she insinuates she cannot make love with a scratched back?

I thought it was obviously it's to do with the coral scratches.
