Miss Moneypenny must be working overtime. Today I received a reply to a letter I wrote the day the news about Raymond broke.
Dear Mr Clink
Thank you for your enquiry to ianflemingcentre.com.
To the best of my knowledge, Per Fine Ounce was rejected by Glidrose under
the terms of the company's contract with the author. It will not, therefore,
be published as a James Bond novel.

Raymond is hanging it up for a while?
It was worth a try. Next to Fleming's notebook, and State of Excitement, this would have been on the top of my most wanted list.
Oh well,
Miss Moneypenny and Per Fine Ounce

Well, nice try, clinkeroo. Perhaps some day Per Fine Once will sneak out onto the net like The Killing Zone did. You’d think the IFP would leak it themselves just to stop the emails.

Interesting wording. Change a few names, then publish it.Originally posted by clinkeroo
