Yes, George Baker who played Sir Hilary Bray dubbed him in those scenes.

Yes but he had to pretedn to be English baron Sir Hilary Bray. Keeping up appearances and all. To be honest I thought it was Lazenby the first time I saw it.

I think it really hurts Lazenby's performance in the movie. They could've at least got him to try an upper class British accent, rather than dub him.

He did try it although they didn't think he was that good. It wasn't until Lazenby saw the movie that he realised he'd been dubbed. They didn't even tell him.

I actually thought his accent was better than the one they used

I liked Lazenby's normal accent for Bond. IT made him seem British yet with the europeaness of his ancestors.

I think the dubbing was done very well. It certainly didn't detract from the film.

I confess - I didn't notice the dubbing. I think it's one of those things most people tend not to notice unless they already know; the originator of this thread being an exception. I haven't watched it since I found out, but I don't recall the voice change being that noticable.

It was well done, but then dubbing over was pretty common on the 60's Bond films. Gabriele Ferzetti (Draco) was also dubbed, but I believe he did it over himself after some practice. I saw him in an episode of "I Spy" that was made about two years before OHMSS and his voice sounded the same.
I liked the fact that added the "guns make me nervous" line during the raid on Piz Gloria after Bond shoots a guard. Nice touch.
