The first Tomb Raider movie had a killer print campaign and it looks like they're doing a great job with number 2. Angie as Greek godess rising from the sea. Perfect! I love the first Tomb Raider poster (it hangs at the foot of my bed), this one is going to go over my bed. Yes, I've given up on real women. I just want fantasy superwomen now.

I figured she needed a Bond expert to guide her as Lady Croft.

I'll bet if you stuck a nickel inside that suit you could tell if it was heads or tails. Wow, breathtaking poster that is. Although anything with Angelina Jolie is breathtaking. Still, the slanted logo makes it seem kinda cartoonish, if you ask me. However, I like it. And zencat, what's next? A cardboard cutout in your bed? Or did it fall apart in the shower already?:)

There are now Tomb 2 pics all over the web and they just keep getting better and better. Check out this one I found today. In a non-Bond year, Lara will do just fine. :)

Well, a girl has to look nice, you know.

(Other people of commented that it looks more like a, er, a private device, if you know what I mean. :))

Now I was trying to be polite. :)

All the Tomb Raider posters have built into them phallic symbols which are "attached" to Lara in some playfully subliminal way. The fact that this one is "strapped on" to our girl is...well...pretty funny.

...this poster kinda reminds me of Leni Riefenstahl's style of (athletics) photography from the late 1930s (Berlin Olympics 1936); I like it, but it's a bit 'dubious'...

Well...I think they both stem from a desire to portray the hero/athlete as a Greek God/Goddess. But with Riefenstahl you were supposed to believe it, here it's tongue in cheek.

Welcome to CBn, Deep Throat. :)
