I hope they show up here in Canada. Is this the one that supposedly sells posters along with it? I have not been able to find a DAD poster ANYWHERE, and I would absolutely love to have one on my bedroom wall. Hopefully they show up somewhere soon, although you'd think they would have released them ahead of the theatrical release instead of the DVD Edition.
Ah well, that's MGM for you.

Ah the dilemna....to tell the truth or a convenient lie. Hmmmmm. I'll go with the truth.
When renting videos, we ladies can leave our tapes with our friends or SOs, go stand in front of such a display, block out HB and pretend we got to pose with Pierce.*

*Yes the above is sarcasm. I don't pose with displays and leave evidence.

Scared the hell outta me. (and it scares people coming into my room at uni)
An interesting anecdote, non? Maybe you'd like to come to my room babs and pose with my cut-out?

Just take a stab in the dark here with a guess...
All the hype has died down that went with the theatrical release. It is a well known fact today that very little of the actual take of a movie is made during it's theatrical release (less than half in actual fact).
Most movies make a big chunk of their money these days in the Home Entertainment market (tickets cost around $5.50 for a matinee and $8 for an evening showing - a DVD will cost between $15 to $25 you do the math). To take as an example the DVD of "Ice Age" made more on DVD than it did at the box office.
Due to the low cost of DVDs a lot of collectors will not go see a movie at the theater but instead just purchase the DVD. My landlord does this, I don't think the guy has been to a movie theater in a couple of years, he just buys each new movie when it comes out on DVD.
