Thanks for the link. I heard about the Easter Egg before but I didn't really know what it was. 3 camera angles of Jinx isn't a very exciting feature.

Trust me....to some men this is going to be a very exciting feature. *rolls eyes*

I would have prefered the deleted scenes.

I have just got the DVD, so I will sit down and see it all. It's interesting to see all the special features, and the Easter Egg is a nice little feature...

Personally, I think that it's not worth zapping through all those screens just to look at three pics of Jinx.
It's amazing what some people call an Easter Egg.

Yes, I would be one of them...I think Halle Berry is the most attractive Bond girl of the Brosnan era.

Bets are that the R2 release won't have this because for some reason all the Easter Eggs on the R1 Bond releases are absent on R2.

It's stupid. We have them on loads of DVDs so why not on the Bonds?

I have checked it out and this Easter Egg is featured on R2. The DVD has just been released here in Sweden...

By the way, does anyone know any other Easter Egg. Somebody said something about Miranda Frost? What

Back in 1999 there was an interview with John Cork and the interviewer asked him why they never had Easter Eggs on the Bond DVDs. Mr. Cork replied that he felt they should not hide the features from the fans, or make them work to try and uncover them. Rather he felt they should be there for all to see.
Keep in mind this was a time when the term "Easter Egg" meant Cadbury's or Hersheys to anyone but the diehard DVD collector.

Oh, well I agree with Cork to a certain degree, but it's definitely nice to discover another nice feature, isn't it?

I don't want to start praising LOTR again, but IMO the way they have been included in the Extended Edition of FOTR is the way it should be done. Nothing essential, but big enough for a WOW-effect.
Did anyone see the "alternate" version of The Council Of Elrond? :) :)

Wasn't this already known when the DVDs were announced? I already heard about the egg...

Yes, I agree with Xen and M_Balje that there should have been one for the deleted scenes, and of Miranda Frost (hot springs scene, anyone?). Still, I think this one is good enough. Hey, you never know. There could be one in there we don't know about yet.:) As for the other DVDs having Easter Eggs, there are some. DN, FRWL, GF, MR, AND TWINE all have Easter Eggs on them. Mind you, I think these are only on the DVDs that were first released, then recalled. Check out this site for the Eggs in the aforementioned films. Click on "Easter Eggs" in the top left corner to find them. The films are listed alphabetically (not under J for James Bond, btw.):)
