Favorite Bond Author: Ian Fleming, without a doubt. Only Christopher Wood comes close to his level of excellence. Amis/Markham was OK, but Gardner and Benson are just also rans

Overall Favorite Bond Novel: "On Her Majesty's Secret Service". Good plot, good prose, good characters and a knockout ending.

Favorite Non-Fleming Novel: "James Bond, The Spy Who Loved Me". Why Glidrose didn't offer Christopher Wood the chance to write the Bond series is beyond me. And it's still not too late if anyone from IFP is reading this.
