Does ANYONE remember this Cable TV Show from the Early/Mid 1980's?? I think it was On the Nickelodeon Channel.. It was Hosted by Leonard Nimoy!

~The show was Behind the Scenes of movies!! Really one of the first shows like this...

~Well they showed a few Roger Moore Bond Movies!!!! For your Eyes Only, Octopussy & A View to a Kill! :):):)

I saw them all, they had interviews with really everyone from the casts & crew.. it wasn't an hour long thing, but from what I can remember maybe 15 minutes to Half Hour!!

* they have shown a few very quick clips of these interviews and behind the scenes footage on the special edition DVD's..

BUT NOTHING like what the show had..

* What I remember is:

For your eyes only: They were setting up the shot with the motorcycle going through the glass window..

Octopussy: I remember them showing us how they did the "yo yo blade" and the fight scene after in the bedroom..

A View to a Kill: Grace Jones being interviewed..talking about doing a small stunt of swinging down on the wood stairs.. and the guys behind the camera.. had to sandpaper the wood,so she didn't get splinters..

** DID anyone else see these Specials on BOND??

IF so do you have them on tape??? OR ever heard of anyone else bringing up this TV Show : Lights,camera, Action??

IF anyone has these on TAPE.. can you PLEASE make me a copy.. I wouldn't mind paying for the blank tape & the shipping cost!!

:)

OR a link to where someone might have it

:)

Thanks :)

but maybe now that we have new people visiting the roger section.. plus the Mods & Staff..

maybe they know more about this..

I am telling you.. this is important footage!! I saw a few seconds of it on all the different roger dvd's!

we must find it:cool:

Its unlikely anyone has the 1981 look behind the scenes of FYEO since VCRs were not around in peoples homes at that time.

I hate to say this.. but I had it on tape! I was soooo dumb back then.. I used to tape everything in 1979..thats when we got our vcr.. BUT we only had 3 blank tapes..

back then they cost $15.00 per tape :cool: which is pretty funny now..

BUT I taped it.. and other interesting things but had no clue to keep it..

I guess I was a dumb 8 year old..:eek::cool::)
