You can tell it's quite an old-fashioned organisation when it's called The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People.

The use of the term "Colored People" is kept in respect of the originators of the organization and also because it seeks to be representative of American minorities of all colors. Although the term "Colored People" is used in the NAACP title, it has been replaced with the term African Americans in the American English Language and is not used in every day conversation.

Great news. Now let's all keep our fingers crossed that Brosnan wins something from the National Association For The Advancement Of White People. And is there one for Orientals too? If Rick Yune got one it'd be a well-deserved hattrick for Die Another Day.

Very nice dress. Is she showing a little more of something than she erm, should?
Usually these twirly bits end up on being centred bang in the middle.
Not complaining though - as ever, she looks stunning.

She looks stunning along with that great dress, as usual. I am happy for her; she must be proud of herself.
