Can any readers please offer links to any reasonably eloquent, articulate
serious or even humorous quotations (or even fan poetry written) that have been made or collected, about what makes the James Bond character so appealling and unique as a superhero, larger than life figure, which Bond pretty much is.

Raymond Bensons Bedside Companions is good, as are works by Amis, O F Snelling and myriads of works about the films.
