Like a photograph or a graphic cover? I think I could help you. I'm usually the writer behind the fanfic, but I'll see what I can do. I mess around with graphic design a little so I hope I can help! :)

Mr* did most of the ones I've seen around here, so I'd send him a private message and ask him to do it. Everything I've ever seen that he's done has been nothing short of brilliant.

I asked Mr*, but he says he is too busy. Maybe if IcePhoenix is around here somewhere, prehaps he can help, I've seen the work he does, and that's nothing short of brilliant either.

Here's my first attempt at it, based on a few details Carver gave me. Some of the items might not be quite to scale with eachother (I just did what I thought was close and I need to check), the pen/knife gadget isn't too good and needs to be replaced once I make a better one, the author credit needs to be added (didn't know his full name), and the whole thing needs to be cleaned up and messed with a little but this is pretty much the effect I'm going for. I think I'm going to go ahead and do some other cover styles for it once I'm done with this one.

Hmmm. I should use that with my name. Fraser M. Lomas. Ah, that sounds much better.:) And good job on the cover, PaulZ.

Ah, that reminds me, with permission from 000 of course, could you put in his name PaulZ? He gave me a lot of help, so if it could be:
By Eliott J Brinkworth, with help from Fraser M. Lomas, that would be nice.:)

Hey, that sounds like a fair deal. Yes, you could add my name if you really want to.
Never Say Die by Eliott J. Brinkworth
with additional information by Fraser M. Lomas.
It has a nice ring to it. Or even Albert R. Lomas.:)

Here's the modified version. I tried changing it a little and redoing the pen knife, but it didn't turn out as nice either time so I'll leave it like this for now. I'll probably do an alternate later as I really enjoyed making this one.

I think the title and the author names run together a little, maybe seperate them more, but good work..:)

I agree with Rafty. The two names and title look a little cluttered together like that. I hate to be such a fusspot, but I think it would look a lot better with the title farther from Eliott's name, and my name at the bottom (if you do an alternate). But it still looks really good. Sorry if I sound like such a [censored], PaulZ.

No problem. :) And now that you point it out there's obviously some spacing issues with the names and title. I'll have to fix that.

Well, firstly, I love the final version PaulZ, its great!:). I thought about adding Fraser's name after he said so, but it was because he helped me sooooooooo much on the story, nearly all the names and gadgets are his ideas, thank you Fraser:). I agree that the names need to be spaced a bit, but everything else is fine:)

To all you budding poster designers, or to all you CBn artists:

I am in the process of putting all my notes together and beginning to write the first draft of my first major fan fiction novel, For Queen and Country.

I was wondering if there was anybody out there who would be willing to design and produce me a teaser poster before i begin the writing, and then a final 'US One Sheet!' when the story is done, i would be most grateful!!!

If anybody is interested please reply!!
Thank you for your time, Double Oh Ten 0010

I'm currently writing a fan fic novel and thought I'd test to do a cover. I'm satisfied with it, but I must admit that it looks very wierd.
It looks simple actually, don't you think? And quite clean!?

And the title was just the first thing that came to my mind, so don't care about that one...

Very good effort. A lighter background- yellow maybe- would be more eyecatching though.

double0kevin, I hope the quality of you're story is better than the quality of you're cover. :)
