Jude Law is a great actor but way too young for 007. As for Ewan McGregor? No thank you. Same here, great actor, way too young, plus he just doesn't look like a secret agent. Hugh Grant, good looking, funny but kind of wimpy. Hugh Jackman ... now there we're talking. The man is extremely manly, perfect Bond material. But for me only one man could take 007's shoes after Pierce Brosnan puts the Walter PPK down: Clive Owen. He looks like the Bond described in Ian Fleming's books and the BMW short films he's in are just mini-Bond movies on their own. Yep, Total Film did a big mistake not including him in their poll.

Hugh Jackman! He just has the look and appeal of Bond. Christian Bale also looks like a good candidate for the next Bond, but I feel he is not manly enough, not like Jackman. Clive Owen also is a possible candidate, but in my opinion, is sort of an unknown in the acting world. Jude Law and McGregor are great actors, but definitely do not have that Bond look and feel to them. And forget about Hugh Grant, he looks like a panzy ***. That's why I'm campaigning for Hugh Jackman as Bond #6!

Clive Owen rocks! Glad you share my opinion. Here's the link to my original thread about Clive Owen: Link
