The best is when Bond points the gun at Lazar's groin and states;

"So speak or forever hold your piece..."

The line during the car chase in TSWLM has always made me smile:

"All those feathers and he still couldn't fly!"

my two faviorite moore lines both come from TSWLM

and in the car chase -"ever get the feeling someone doesnt like you"

i dont know why, but they always make me laugh.

From TSWLM: "How does that grab ya?"

and the line Garth Brooks ripped off, from MR: "I have friends in low places."

All the ones listed above.
Plus TSWLM, "Try reverse-that's backwards."
I don't know why, that one gets me.

"I think you just delievered it."

"Oh its nothing to be afraid of, its just a hat, belonging to a small headed man with limited means who lost a fight with a chicken"

"You'd make a great salesman"........or something to that effect in Moonraker when he's being strapped into the gravity machine by Goodhead.

"That's rather a sweeping statement considering we've just met"........in LALD when he meets Solitare.

And
"As you said.......such good sport"........in MR

Are you quite sure I can't persuade you to stay?

Bond: When one is in Egypt, one should delve deeply into it's treasures

What a classic line - especially when accompanied by the raised eye brow.

Roger's Bond years offered some great ones - including all the above.

Here's a few I always love.

LALD :

*Cop hands radio phone to Bond*

"Thank you. Hello Felix? You know how I hate to trouble you, but I've ran into a spot of bother...."

TMWTGG :

"A water pistol?"

"I've never killed a midget before...But there can always be a first time."

"A gun and a bag of peanuts. How original. What will they think of next?"

TSWLM :

"What a helpful chap."

"Hope you enjoyed the show. Goodnight."

Woman: "You are very suspicious Mr. Bond."

BOND: "I find I live much longer that way."

MR -

"A little premature isn't it?"

"I fell out of an airplane without a parachute.....You don't believe me, do you?"

"Meanwhile, how do you kill five hours in Rio if you don't samba."

When he was good, he was great.

Indeed!

A few more (Moore?:)) have sprang to mind.

FYEO -

"Yes...well....You put your clothes on and I'll buy you an ice cream."

-

LISL: Me nightie's slippin'

BOND: So has your accent, "Countess"....

"A nose, not a banana Q."

OP -

"Toro...Sounds like a load of bull."

"Easy come...Easy go..."

"Here. You'll need this to play with your Asp."

"Perfect image Q!"

"You'd better put this back yourself"

AVTAK -

"The trip back from Siberia took a lot of me."

"There's a fly in his soup"

-

BOND: What's this loaded with?

STACY: Rock-Salt.

BOND: Now you tell me!

-

"No need. My man will see to it" & "A good cover becomes almost second nature"...all at MacNee's expense;)

Good for Roger.

I particularly liked this line as it is immediately followed up with a closeup of a bikini-clad bottom before a pool babe walks away from the camera.

You need to be up the crack of dawn to do great editing like that.

"Why, it's just a hat, darling. Belonging to a smallheaded man of limited means who lost a fight with a chicken."

"Maybe I misjudged Stromberg. Any man who drinks Dom Perignon '52 can't be all bad."

"How will I recognize him?"
"Tall, slim, and dark."
"So's my aunt."

"No sense in going off half-cocked."

Goodhead: "I still don't know if I can trust you"

Bond: "I don't know if I can trust you either. That's what makes it more exciting isn't it?"

Drax: "You missed Mr Bond"
Bond: "Did I? As you said, such good sport!"

Bond: "Play it again sam"

From TMWTGG: "He must have found me quite tittilating."

From TSWLM: (Anya struggling with the gear shift) "Can it play any other tunes?"

From TMWTGG, which I don't get but sounded funny: "That's what we call a Mexican screw-up, gentlemen."

Moore's Bond had some of the best lines, be it written by Richard Maibaum, Tom Mankiewitz, or Christopher Wood.

My personal favorite is Bond's response to a line from Mary Goodnight in TMWTGG: "Well, Goodnight, it appears there's more to you than meets the eye!"

That line, in my opinion, was the director's, producer's, and writer's acknowledgement that they had created a dumb, witless character in Mary Goodnight and they wanted us to know it was on purpose; an "I meant to do that!"

It`s brought back great memories reading all the one liners that roger said.

The scene that i find most chilling was in AVTAK.

Howe. That means i`d have to be......

Zorin. DEAD ...gunshot... Thats rather me don`t you think?

Bond. Brilliant, I`m almost speechless with admiration.

I just love this scene because in all of Bonds years this is the only time he makes a comment with real disgust.

I have to agree, although I love most of the Moore one-liners, but another good one-
"Miss Anders...I didn't recognise you with your clothes on"

Here are a few others from the Moore Era:

From "Live and Let Die"

Cop: Calm down, Bond is a secret agent.

Pepper: On *who's* side?!

From "The Man With a Golden Gun"

Bond: There's a convenient four letter word, and you're full of it.

And last but not least, from "For Your Eyes Only"

Bond: (to little Miss Ice Cream) Do me a favor...don't ever grow up. I don't think the male population could survive it.

My favorite from LALD when Bond confronts Rosie about her duplicity while pointing his gun at her after they'd just had sex...
ROSIE: But you couldn't...You wouldn't, not after what
we've just done.
BOND: I certainly wouldn't have killed you BEFORE.
I love that Moore says this with a straight face!

Gg. His line to Goodnight, "Don't, your turn will come." What an incredible arrogance but incredibly smooth.

Octopussy, not really a line, just a look but incredibly well timed and nuanced when Kristina Wayborne says to him that she needs refilling.
"Hmm? Oh, yes" reaching for the bottle. Does his mind ever leave the subject of sex? Superb.

Ah, yes. I've mentioned that one in similar threads, but that is an all time favourite of mine across the whole series.

Brilliant.
