On Her Majesty's Secret Service and Goldfinger are going to be playing at the Egyptian Theater in Hollywood on January 24 starting at 9:15 p.m. I have seen Dr. No and From Russian With Love at this theater and both prints were excellent. Although I have seen Goldfinger in the theaters it will be a first for OHMSS. Perhaps this is a chance for LA Bondophiles to get together after the film.

Damnit! OHMSS! That's one film I've always wanted to catch on the big screen. Down Under you tend to only find the first four Connery films

At least you can find those! I'm always searching for screenings in either Austin or San Antonio and can find none.

Have you read my thread regarding "OHMSS DVD - Were scenes cut"? Can you keep an eye out on the end of the ski scene of Bond escaping from Piz Gloria and let me know whether it features in the film?

OHMSS on the big screen, thats got to pretty special. I wish they would hold screenings like that here on the East Coast. The closest we come is seeing the "Goldfinger" clips in "Catch Me If You Can."
