Definetely get the PC version, but I reccomend waiting a little for it to get cheaper. And don't hold ur expectations too high.

I wouldn't think of getting the PC version, the console versions are much much better.

The PC version has no levels that you can use a vehicle. And you are put in another mission which ties in with the story line. Another problem is that you will need a very very good specificated PC to run this at an acceptable rate. You cannot have a multiplayer feature, you can, I am not sure, but you will need to divide the keyboard.

I would go with the PS2 version, it will be much better.

If you want good multiplayer you might want to consider the pc version, and the patch and sdk are coming out soon so new levels will be created. by the way has anybody heard from ea recently? i have not gotten any replys to my emails

I got NightFire PC version at CompUsa this past week for $19.99. I played a little SP and MP, and I really liked the MP. It definetly is worth the $19.99 even if we could not get modding, mapping, modeling, and skinning going but I am eager to get an editor.

well see i would only be getting the pc version for the single play and not for the mp so in that situation would it be a wise move to get it just for that?

If you want to get it for the single play only, I don't think it would be a wise move. The only advantage of the PC version is that you can play the game in high resolutions... but to do that, you need a monster of a PC (2 Ghz processor, RAM 512 etc...)

Other than that, indeed the PC version features an additional shooting level to compensate for the loss of the driving sections, but that's not much...

So far I'm really disappointed by this game, though I haven't tried the MP mode yet. I hope it will be better...
