These are the ones I know of and are running right now:
A) CBN: The Rough and the Smooth: If you go to the main page, there should be a link to R&S. There are some amazing stories there right now.
Fanfiction.net: This site has fan fiction for everything...including James Bond fanfic.
C) Mi6.co.uk: Under their "Features" section is the fan fiction. I should tell you, in the interest of fairness, that mine is there right now.

And a blatant plug for www.ajb007.co.uk (as of 27th Jan the site is currently down changing servers)...
Download a copy of Never Say Dead a multiauthor fanfic of quality (I would say that though I was part of it).
Also a second ajb fanfic is now in the process of being written. All are welcome to join provided you can write a bit ... have a look at the Bond novels forum ...
