Having looked at the fan fiction work of Win, Lose or Die, Smiert Spionem and By Respect for the crown. If you had a time machine, and was a billionaire, big dalton fan, would you lend the money to MGM to finance all three films starring Tim Dalton, and give Dalton a hollywood size fee like 20 million, hehe I would, I'll see if I can get a time machine some day. Those posters really make me wish the films were real.

MGM would sooner give DiCaprio 20 mil to play Bond then allow another Dalton movie to be made. They would not greenlight Goldeneye with him attatched to it, so what makes you think they'd go out a limb-even in a perfect world-and give him 3--count em 3!-more chances as Bond?

I once did a really bad poster for Tim in GoldenEye as based upon a review of the original script that appeared here...now, where is it...

It was so bad I couldn't be arsed to finish it. My LTK and Win, Lose Or Die posters were a bit more successful.

Hey man, I was talking in a what if universe, was not that serious about it, just wanted to see others opinions of it.

I hate to the one who spoils things, but I would like to correct you before you make a silly, even though not a big deal as such, mistake. I guess it can be seen as being an easy mistake as that is what the word sounds like when it is pronounced, especially by Pushkin ... but it is Smiert Spionom, with an O, not E ... sorry.

Oh right, I got my spelling from the posters on that site, which I linked in my first post, so I thought he would get the spelling right spending so much on the posters, cheers for the correction.

I think it's 'spionam' but I'm not definite.

Anyway, aside from WLOD, these are just posters while--though very nice--tell nothing of the plot. I really liked the DAD teaser poster, so it goes to show one can't judge a film by its poster.

And WLOD was a pretty bad book, so I wouldn't be too eager to finance that one.
