Just out of curiosity, does that mean that 15 is the reccomended age, that parents have to accompany kids under 15, or that nobody under 15 is allowed in because whoever decides the ratings knows better than the parent what their kid should see?

It just means that 15 is the recommended age.
MA means that children under 15 have to be accompanied by an adult, preferably their parents, or they can just sneak in.

Where? I know it's a PG-13 in the States and a 12a in Britain. Where's it a 15-plus?
