The first one is Hawker to Bond in Goldfinger when Bond decides to turn the tables on Goldfinger's cheating..
The second quote is one of the Chinese guards that arrests Bond and Honey after Quarrel is burned to death in Dr. No

Thanks for the explanation of the Hawker quote. I think Mharkin got it wrong though, isn't it "You crafty OLD..." (but Hawker doesn't finish it). Why would Hawker call Bond an oaf? Isn't very appropriate behavior for a caddy!
