I have the space suit and am in the airlock with the shuttle. The only objective left is to locate and defeat Rook. But I'm stuck here. I can't find any way out or any actions to complete. I've defeated the enemies that were in here and the airlock is filled with water (?). Can anybody give me a clue?

Follow the tunnels. You have to go through two series of tunnels and two 'silos' to get to Rook.
