To get to be head of MI6 you have to know your stuff. My guess is that M can (or at least could) kick *** like the best of the agents. Love to see a scene of her showing her stuff the way Yoda does in episode II!!

I think it would be cool if the MI6 staff is at a dinner party or something, and the party is attacked by terrorists and Moneypenny pulls a gun from her purse/beneath her dress and blows some guy away. But that would be all, don't give her anymore action than that.

(Bad) lightsaber jokes aside, I think such a scene could work, as long as it was well written, and didn't undermine Bond's role in anyway.
