How about using somekind of neo-nazi thugs as either background or central characters in next film. Also - the chinese triad movement. As for story line, a top secret ultra futuristic fighter jet or helicopter project would be well cool. I believe there is something along those lines in the newspaper strip story for T.S.W.L.M.
Maybe i should write my own screenplay story and topple Purvis & Wade.

Weren't the helicopters in GoldenEye top secret and high-tech?
Neo Nazis are too "street level" for Bond.
The next baddie should be a charismatic leader of a free cell terrorist movement. The terrorists have bombs or poison gas hidden in various locations around the world and Bond must find them one by one. The biggest and baddest poison gas canister is in London.
And give the baddie that killer bird they were going to give Renard in TWINE. With CGI now, we can have effective use of the bird mauling some poor helpless no. 2 in the organization. And then Bond who shoots it out of the air.
