I wonder if this "Shared Bond Universe" rumor is actually a misinterpretation of EON branching out into other spy/thriller films. EON in theory could, if The Rhythm Section was to be successful, have two or three film series ongoing at the same time. It wouldn't be a Bond universe, just a production company that specializes in the espionage genre.
