I got a reproduction of the 77 Corgi Lotus - the 5" one that is already semi-converted. Just press the periscope and the diving planes and rudders pop out.
I'd had one in my hands in '78, but decided to pass it up. $8.00 for a die-cast toy at my age? If I'd only known...
