It's certainly one step towards a more fantastic tone, no doubt about it. I could imagine this going with a larger-than-life escapist direction for the next film. Something that will be in demand.

A vehicle such as this could easily become distinctive for Bond #7, provided they're going to recast. Much like how Connery had the DB5 and Moore the Lotus.

Honestly? I hate it.

 

To have Bond drive a car like that....what is he? A secret agent or a racing driver? He'd draw more attention to himself in that thing than anything else! Except it would come in handy for the gratuitous car chase where he can hit 200mph or something and leap over a bridge.

 

No, this is TOO far for Bond. He needs a car; an everyday car, like the DB9 if he's having an Aston (even if the DB10 was horrid as it looked like one big blob of silver metal with too many curves).

 

Let's get a car back with some right-angles and some sense of normality rather than going for super-cars more and more.

If they adapt elements of Trigger Mortis in the future, this car could be an option.

Look how much the Jag was promoted and bigged up for 'SPECTRE', and the Aston really, compared to their very un-exciting screen time. Waste of two cars if you ask me. Bigger doesn't mean better if it's not handled correctly.

I thought the backstory behind the DB10 was creative, though. How it was originally assigned to 009, and because Bond stole it, the gadgets weren't loaded.

It would be cool if the henchman/villain drove that in a car chase with Bond. AM Vs AM.
