Mmmm.. Interesting. Could be a new tailored approach to curb taxes by selling to a company registered in some tax haven and leasing back the use. Depends how it pans out, I'm astonished they didn't acquire more capital.

I wonder if Disney will buy it considering the new Star Wars films will be based at Pinewood and Marvel filming their recent films at Pinewood Atlanta Studios.
