While I enjoyed the gunbarrel itself in SPECTRE, I really wish they'd stop rehashing "The Name Is Bond" from Casino Royale. So, I decided to try something new which is a bit updated and more tribal. Seemed to make sense so it would be a good lead into the Mexico pre titles sequence.

Love it! Very foreboding. Nothing like the generic gunbarrel cue used in the film. Keep up the great work, Rich.

It great the gun barrel went back to the Beginning. Quantum of Solace & Skyfall it was in the end which most of us were disappointed. But it great it back to normal.

Good job, Rich. I can see that merging into the opening Day of the Dead track nicely.
Though I think the gunbarrel cue in the film works fine, and think being 'generic' was the point. The blaring theme over the darkness pretty much says 'it's back at the beginning folks, it's coming.' It was about creating a sense of expectation.

Thanks for the feedback and kind words. I actually liked this so much... that I turned it into a pretty killer (and unique) 2 minute version of The James Bond Theme. In fact, it's being licensed as we speak and will end up on itunes, spotify, loudr, amazon, google play, etc soon along with this short gunbarrel version as a bonus track.
