No idea about the link, could be Radio Times doesn't allow the link.
As for the article,
I thought it's already Cole's second book, isn't it?
As for Horowitz' book, I'll come to that.
In general I'm a great fan of Higson and I really do hope he gets a chance. More than one even.

Would he recognized his work in "Young Bond" novels?
How James obtained Bentley, How he got his cheek scar etc.
