I love the Rocky series. But I thought "Rocky Balboa" was a great, fitting last chapter. When I heard about "Creed" I was seriously underwhelmed and not interested.
Then I saw the trailer, and I thought: it could be mildly interesting after all. Then I read the reviews and was relieved that they actually made a good film.
And then I listened to the marvelous score - and now I´m pumped! I want to see this film!

Did you see "Creed" already?
I understand it is extremely well done, with Stallone doing his best work yet.

My girlfriend wants to see Creed. We watched Rocky Balboa the other night (I've had the DVD since 2009!) I haven't seen one in the theater since Rocky III. Loved the soundtracks and score growing up.

Looking forward to this as it's Rocky in the Mickey role. Stallone's too old for another standard Rocky film, but I've got high hopes for this.

Just saw CREED. Loved it. Sure - these films follow a certain formula - but, when done right, they deliver. CREED slots nicely alongside ROCKY BALBOA as a fitting bookend to the series, making it far easier to tune out III, IV and V
And also great to see that even Rocky unwinds by watching SKYFALL.

Yes, that was a funny moment! And I agree: CREED is a very good film and it gives Stallone some killer scenes.

I skipped Creed for apathy reasons...so many good shows on TV these days I find it harder to motivate to drive and pay for movies that are less satisfying than the TV...I think I only saw 6 movies last year(Avengers, Fury Road, Jurassic World, MI5, Spectre and Star Wars).

I never saw Stallone act better than in Creed, in any movie. What I liked about it, though it is milking a franchise for a sequel, is to see a character's lifetime arc over decades, only possible with the actors aging over time. Force Awakens did something similar with Han Solo. I'm not a huge Rocky fan, but I'd put this about third or fourth after Rocky, Rocky III, and maybe Rocky Balboa.

Any indication if this is a one time thing or might there be a CREED II, CREED III etc?
