Aaahhh the lengths people will go to get laid! Poor George.

 

I'm sorry I missed it. Did you go, DaveBond21? I was going to go, but had a clash unfortunately. I live in Canberra, so not too far away. But also, apart from the dinner with George there didn't seem to be enough interesting events to make it worth my while. Like, why didn't they have something on the Petrov Affair and other spy things? The authors' panel seemed to be all about crime fiction.

No, I didn't go. I was actually in Canberra last week for one of my own events but had to get straight back to Sydney before this event happened.

The two producers he accused of blacklisting both have died.  I wonder whether they might have sued for libel were they still around ?
