Sir Roger has just been on BBC Radio 2 with the wonderfully annoying DJ Steve Wright.
Check it out here http://www.bbc.co.uk...rammes/b06bgk31by either listening live before 5pm and rewinding back to -0.00.30
Check the iplayer later when the show is uploaded. Sir Roger starts at approx. 2hrs 16mins in.

Steve is, on the whole, a useless interviewer who has two VERY irritating co-hosts and asks very basic questions and we've heard it all before BUT Sir Roger is a wonderful guest to listen to, for sadly such a shot interview in a 3hr programme.

Travelling on business from Point A to Point B today, I heard on the car radio that Sir Roger was also being interviewed on a BBC Radio 4 programme called "Front Row". A bit more up market. They played a snippet earlier - Sir Roger was saying how lucky he was in his career, particularly at being able to play heroes.
